1: Batasia loops:
On the way to Tiger Hill, the place is very beautiful. This is where the toy train of Darjeeling turns 360 degrees and heads back to the sleeping station.
2: Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda:
This temple is very close to the city. It will take only 10 minutes to go by jeep. This Buddhist temple is called the Japanese Temple because it was built with the funding of a Japanese saint.
First up the stairs is a temple with two huge golden lion statues at the door and a large Japanese saint inside. The Pace Pagoda will be seen on the right side. Half of the Peace Pagoda has stairs to climb. The entire pagoda area is quiet and peaceful and is a religious holy place.
3: Sleep Monastery:
On the way to Tiger Hill, this temple is located next to the highway. From the main road, one has to go down some stairs. There is a huge Buddhist statue inside.
4: Rock Garden:
Located 10 km from the city, descend 3000 feet to explore its picturesque pathways, fountains, and wildflower garden. Nepalese attire is available for rent.
Ganga maya Park: 3 km ahead along Rock Garden Road, offering serene surroundings.

5: Tenzing Rock:
Just in front of the Himalayan Mountain Institute is the Tenzing Rock before the tea garden. Tenzing Rock is a miniature specimen of a giant mountain. A piece of rock looks like a whole mountain.

The Mountain Institute and Museum are together here. What is the work of a mountaineer on the mountain, how to trek, climb, where and how to cross, various memorials of Everest conquerors and many more history are preserved in this museum.
